Has anyone had an issue with voip.com? After signing up with voip.com I decided to cancel my account, reason: customer service was less than desirable. I waited 2 hours to speak to customer service and didn't get my question answered. By the way the 2 hours of waiting was on voip.com minutes.
Three weeks after I specifically told them not to send my adapter guess what? That's right I received the adapter vis regular United States Postal Service mail, unbelievable! Then they suggest that I return the adapter to Dallas via courier with tracker (just to ensure they receive it). Well 23 bucks later, they received it next day and 10 business days later they still haven't responded that they have received the adapter.
OK here's the punchline. You remember the 2 hours I told you about waiting for customer service since the sum of my minutes went over 200 minutes they've charged me $9.95 for going over my unlimited minutes.
There's good voip services out there, I'm with one now, but voip.com is not one of them. That's my experience take it with a grain of salt.
